Do you have left over chicken and it looks so sad in the fridge? No worries we can transform it to a delicious pasta π
Ingredients are:
- Cooked pasta penne if available
- Left over cooked chicken any shape any form
- Black olives
- Basil leaves if available – dried oregano if not
- Mushrooms if available
- 1 tsp minced garlic if not available replace with garlic powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Salt/pepper
In a large deep plate: combine left over chicken, olives, cut basil leaves, mushrooms if any

Cook the pasta as directed on box and drain from water. Never wash it never ever as this is how the sauce sticks

In a deep pan, add olive oil and butter when bubbly add the tsp of minced garlic and the flour
Mix mix mix then add the milk and heavy whipping cream. You can switch the ratio depending on your choices in life like fat versus healthy, happy versus meh …etc.

Add the drained pasta and salt and pepper to taste. My taste is 1 tsp salt and pepper

Move the saucy mix of pasta to a tray sprayed with Pam or a bit of olive oil
Cover with Parmesan and mozzarella

Bake in oven at 400F for 15 minutes or so or until cheese is nicely golden
