10 boneless chicken breast strips
1 cup yogurt
2 tsp tomato paste (very important)
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 large lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tsp all spices or Shawerma spices
1/2 large onion
1 tbsp cilantro
1 large tomatos
In a food processor, mix everything except for chicken 😉 until they become a smooth thick liquid.
Marinate chicken for at least 30 mins
In a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil, stir fry the chicken until it is nice golden brown color
Enjoy in a sandwich with cheese and fresh greens or with steamed rice for healthier choice.
