This is a very easy recipe to put together and it looks fancy! Not a lot of people might like the taste of marinated artichoke since it is tangy and sharp but my family LOVES it. I decrease this sharpness by adding mayo. This dip goes so well with some fried pita bread. It is DELICIOUS and unique!!
My friend made this dip for me many years ago, I learnt it from her and since then for any big gathering I make it. It is easy, fast and looks really good on the table. Hope you like it.
Ingredients
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup mayo
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 lime juice
Drain the artichoke hearts.
Using your kitchen chopper, mince the artichoke hearts.
In a bowl mix all above together.
Put it in a baking tray and sprinkle the top with some Parmesan.
Broil at low for few minutes until golden color happens.
