Pizza Biscuits Recipe – Grands Buttermilk Dough

Few nights ago, my teenage son was craving mini pizza pastries. Those mini pizzas are very popular in Egypt, they are tiny and the toppings usually are tomatoes, olives and cheese. You can buy those in Egypt from almost every “Forn” (bakery) in the street or from any fancy desserts bakery.

They really really delicious but I was too lazy to prepare the dough from scratch on that day. Opening the fridge and I saw “Grands Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits” and it was the best coincidence ๐Ÿ™‚ The results amazed me and this Grands biscuits ready made dough became my easy hack and basis to make delicious pastries that look so fancy in just a few minutes. Hope you try them and enjoy the flavors!

You can use any toppings combination but those are my favorites.
