This dish is very easy to put together for the kids only if you prepare the ground beef ahead of time and store it in freezer. That tip helped me a lot to prepare this dish so fast for my kids. I usually get all the ground beef for a month and cook it at once. Then I distribute it across many ziplock bags. You can also skip the whole tomato sauce step if you are in a hurry and use good or organic ready made tomato sauce if needed. If you do this, you can get that dish in minutes and it will be delicious.
Bolognese Pasta Recipe
Tomato Sauce Ingredients (if in rush, this step can be replaced by good tomato sauce)
4 tablespoons tomato paste
2 fresh tomatoes chopped to be like juice
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 garlic cloves
1 thinly diced onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
Add the onions and the garlic. Stir until they become light yellow color.
Add the tomato paste and the tomato juice.
Lower the heat and add 1 cup of water and the oregano to simmer for 20 minutes.
Add more water for the right thickness if needed after simmering.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Ground beef ingredients (Make this ahead of time and freeze across many ziplock bags)
1 1/2 pound lean ground beef (or more for everything if you are making for the future)
1 large thinly diced onions
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon all spices
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
In a medium pan and on a medium heat, add the oil.
Then add the onions and stir until yellowish.
Add the beef and lower the heat.
Mix with the onions on low heat for a while.
Add the all spices and paprika and mix together.
When the beef is browned and close to absorbing all its juices, add salt and pepper to taste.

Meat and tomato sauce ingredients
The tomato sauce from above
The ground beef from above
1/2 cup parmesan
Mix it all together.
Pasta directions
Cook as instructed on the box. However, make sure to add in the boiling water some salt, dried oregano and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
When pasta is ready, do not wash it and just mix it with the meat sauce. Washing it makes it harder for the sauce to stick on the pasta.
It goes so well with fried beef steak. Recipe is here: https://scarfgalfood.com/2015/05/05/fried-beef-steak-if-guilt-does-not-kill-this-dish-might/
