Quick and tasty grilled chicken with hidden vegetables

This recipe is a good one to hide some healthy elements within for the picky eaters. It is a nice chicken dish that the kids and I really enjoy. It is super easy to make as well, it is basically 2 main steps, prepare the marination and then grill the chicken. As usual, if you grill the chicken over coal, it will be really different and acquire the smoke flavors. However, I use my small indoors electric grill and it gets the job done 🙂

Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts (I cut them in half if thick)
1 tomato cut in quarters
1 chopped bell pepper
1 cilantro
4 garlic cloves
2 lime juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon all spices
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper

Mix all the above (except the chicken) in the mixer. Pour it over the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better).
